By accessing or using wasitai.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.

1. The Service

The Service includes a free public AI image detection tool and a paid subscription product (the "Paid Service") accessible at the wasitai.com dashboard. The free tool is provided at no cost; the Paid Service requires registration and a recurring subscription.

2. Accounts

To access the Paid Service you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or via Google Sign In or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

3. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing you authorise Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on the applicable renewal date.

All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

4. API Access

Certain paid plans include access to the wasitai.com API via a personal API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. You may not share, sell, or transfer your API key. Usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your plan. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse.

Images submitted to the Service are processed once by our detection algorithm and are not stored on our servers. We claim no copyright over submitted images. We are not liable for incidents caused by faults of third-party infrastructure providers.

The Service, the wasitai.com brand, trademarks, and all related intellectual property belong to wasitai.com. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI content detection is an inherently imperfect, probabilistic technology. The output of the Service represents a statistical likelihood score — it is not a definitive or factual determination of whether any image was or was not generated by artificial intelligence. The Service may produce false positives (human-created content classified as AI-generated) and false negatives (AI-generated content classified as human-created). Accuracy varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, image content, resolution, source, post-processing history, and the specific AI generation method used.

Due to the rapidly evolving nature of AI image generation technologies and the fundamental limitations of machine-learning-based detection, we cannot guarantee any specific level of accuracy and we make no representation that the Service will correctly classify any particular image. Detection results must not be treated as ground truth or as a substitute for human expert review.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, free of harmful components, or fit for any particular purpose. We strongly recommend consulting qualified technical, legal, or domain experts before relying on any Service output for any consequential purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WASITAI.COM, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REPUTATIONAL HARM, PROFESSIONAL HARM, DAMAGE TO CAREER OR EMPLOYMENT, LOSS OF INCOME, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM FALSE POSITIVE OR FALSE NEGATIVE DETECTION RESULTS — REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WASITAI.COM WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (TORT, CONTRACT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE).

IN PARTICULAR, WASITAI.COM ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL, ACADEMIC, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE OUTPUT OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING HARM ARISING FROM INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR MISLEADING DETECTION RESULTS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO WASITAI.COM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES. IF SUCH LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOUR REMEDIES MAY BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless wasitai.com, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or reliance on the Service output; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your use of Service output in any legal, professional, academic, or disciplinary proceeding; or (d) any claim brought by a third party as a result of actions you took based on Service results.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the API, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.

13. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We reserve the right to modify the Service, its pricing, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email (to the address on your account) or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You should be aware that there are certain things that wasitai.com will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the website will require the website to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but wasitai.com cannot take responsibility for the website not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the website outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the website, or other third-party charges. In using the website, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the website outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the website, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the website.

Along the same lines, wasitai.com cannot take responsibility for the way you use the website. Part of our service offered through this website is free of charge and subject to frequent changes and we cannot guarantee its correctness in all cases. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of decisions made based on the output of our service. Moreover, we suggest that you consult experts before making any important decisions. By using wasitai.com, you agree to use it in a responsible manner. You may not use the output of our service to cause harm to any other party. Additionally, no parts of the output, nor the output as a whole, of the wasitai.com service, can be interpreted as a statement from the service owner or operators about any other party nor about the creative work of any other party. With respect to wasitai’s responsibility for your use of the website, when you’re using the website, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide our Service to you. wasitai.com accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the website.

At some point, we may wish to update the website or the core algorithm that checks if an image is AI-generated. We may also wish to stop providing the service through the website and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The courts in Niš shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wasitai.com regarding the Service.

These Terms are effective as of 2026-03-27.
